• Prototype Information: The prototype has been showcased, but please be aware that the final product may have slight variations, as we strive to perfect every detail.

• Potential Changes: Product details may be subject to change without further notice. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of any significant updates.

2. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final: All pre-order sales are final. We do not accept refund, exchange, or cancellation requests due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or duplicate orders.

• Forced Cancellation Fee: In the highly exceptional event that an order must necessarily be modified or forcefully cancelled (and is solely approved by our management), a 20% restocking and handling fee based on the total order amount will be strictly deducted from your refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• Exception for Manufacturer Defects: Exchanges are only applicable if the product has severe factory defects or functional damage (excluding packaging issues stated below).

• Reporting Timeline: Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing the order number and clear unboxing photos/videos as proof. Late requests will not be entertained. If the item is out of stock for replacement, store credit or a refund will be arranged.

4. Packaging Condition Disclaimer

• We take great care in preparing your order. However, all product packaging (including outer boxes, bags, and shipping cartons) is strictly designed to protect the product inside.

• We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for minor dents, scratches, or deformations on the packaging box caused during international delivery, as long as the inner product remains intact. Perfectionists, please consider this carefully before purchasing.

5. Return Shipping Responsibilities

• For any approved exchange cases, the customer is responsible for returning the item to our designated address. All return shipping costs and related taxes are borne by the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return transit.
